During your reception, we will be on hand from your entrance as Husband and Wife to your very last dance. We ensure that your dinner, speeches and other planned events are executed with care, and we keep structure to your timeline.
Our team of trusted Coordinators work with you, your wedding party, venue coordinator and vendors to ensure your wedding reception is as beautiful as you imagine it to be.
This package includes:
- A meet and greet to discuss your reception requirements
- Support via phone or email two months prior to your wedding
- Timeline preparation_ execution
- A thorough meeting before your wedding to finalize the details
- Reception coordination
Investment: $1,000 for up to 10 hours at one location

We’ll do our best to go above and beyond for you by following the instructions and specifics we’ve been discussing over the final two months of planning. Investment: $1,500 for up to 15 hours on day of, at a maximum of 3 locations

The Entourage includes everything listed in The Big Day, plus a team of trusted professionals that will work with you on your special day.You’ll receive contact information and discounted rates for the following vendors:

- Florist
Bride’s Butler will introduce you to our selected vendors via email and will be available for up to two meetings with your choice of professional for guidance, support and assistance. This package not only saves you time in research and meetings, but can provide up to $800+ in savings.
